How does personalisation work?

When placing your order, you'll be prompted to enter your personalisation details — such as a name, date, or short message. Please double-check your spelling before submitting, as personalised items are made to order and cannot be changed once production has begun.

How long does production take?

Most personalised items are crafted within 3–5 business days. During busy periods (such as Christmas or Valentine's Day), please allow a little extra time.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We begin production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee amendments once production has started.
